Sometimes, it is necessary to receive all emails sent to your domain, even if they are sent to email addresses that do not exist. By default, any emails that are sent to an address that does not exist will return/bouce back to the sender, advising them that the address was incorrect or does not exist.

To add a basic Catch-all, please follow the instructions below:

  • Hover your mouse over Mail and select Domains.
  • Click on the domain name you wish to create a catch-all on.
  • Using the drop-down boxes, select the account you wish all unclaimed mail to be forwarded to.
  • Click Update. Your mail catch-all is now enabled.

Note: A mail catch-all will direct any email sent to a misspelled or non-existent address to your designated email account. This will ensure no mail will go missing due to an error.
