In some cases you may not require a new mailbox, and would prefer to redirect mail to an entirely different location, or perhaps put a catch-all in place to ensure no emails go missing if an address is typed incorrectly. To proceed with a basic setup, please follow the instructions below:



Setting up Email Forwarders (Aliases)

From within the cPanel, click the Forwarders button. Enter your desired email address and forward to address Click Add Forwarder. Your Alias is now active!

 

Note: This is only a mail forwarder (alias), there is no physical mail box stored on our server, and it will only act as a proxy to forward mail to the specified address.
