Sometimes it is necessary to send an email to a specific group of people, for example, internal use to a specific team or department. This is acomplished by creating a Mail Group. To create a basic Group, please follow the instructions below:



Setting up Mail Groups
  • Hover your mouse over Mail and select Groups.
  • Click Create Mail Group to proceed.
  • Enter the address you would like for sending to the group.
  • Enter each address that you wish to receive a copy of the email on a Separate Line in the Group E-Mails section.
  • Click Save. Your Group is now active!
Note: This is primarily for internal use only, If you wish to send to multiple clients or customers at once, or send using a template, for instance when clients or customers sign up, we suggest to look into using our Futuremail platform.
