This is a lit of General Errors which you may come across when using Microsoft Outlook. To find a specific error code, press CTRL+F and type it into the search bar.
0x800CCCD1 - Login failed
- Recheck account information (mail servers and login information) and check if login details are case sensitive.
- Recreate the mail account.
- Test login via telnet to the mail server. If successful, the problem lies within Outlook.
- Disable any antivirus or firewall software.

- Recheck account information (mail servers and login information) and check if login details are case sensitive.
- Recreate the mail account.
