0x800CCCD1 - Login failed

  1. Recheck account information (mail servers and login information) and check if login details are case sensitive.
  2. Recreate the mail account.
  3. Test login via telnet to the mail server. If successful, the problem lies within Outlook.
  4. Disable any antivirus or firewall software.
