To configure your email account in Outlook 2007, please follow the instructions below:

Outlook 2007 Setup Guide

  • Open Outlook. Select Account Settings...from the Tools menu
  • On the E-mail tab, click New.
  • Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next
  • Select Internet E-mail and click Next
  • Enter the following information for E-mail Accounts.

    • Your Name: The name you wish your contacts to see when receiving your mail.
    • Email Address: Your full email address
    • Account Type: IMAP or POP3
    • Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com.au
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com.au
    • User Name: Enter your full e-mail address
    • Password: Supplied by MediaCloud Support

Click Next. Click Finish.
