Below are the default settings for setting up an email account that is hosted with MediaCloud, a screenshot of a standard Outlook 2007 configuration has also been provided:
Email Address: Type in your MediaCloud hosted email address.
Account Type: Select POP3 if you wish to download emails to your computer, otherwise you can choose IMAP which will mirror your email, but also leave them stored on the MediaCloud servers.
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com.au (alternatively you can use mail.cloudmail.net.au)
Outgoing mail server: If possible, please find out the outgoing server of your ISP. mail.yourdomain.com.au can work as well if you are unable to find this information.
Username: Because your email address is hosted, you need to type your FULL email address.
Password: Provided to you by MediaCloud, or setup via the Control Panel.
