Menus are an easy way of sorting the information on your site, and can allow your visitors to quickly and easily locate the content they are interested in.

Information from the menus you create can appear in the navigation bar provided with the theme, included in a Sidebar using a specific Widget, or even be displayed in the footer of your site.

You can create as many menus as you like and decide which ones you want displayed, and if you want links to each page you create to be added automatically.
You can have more than one menu for your main navigation, and easily swap between the two by visiting Manage Locations when viewing or editing your menus.

Menus can be accessed by going to Appearance on the left hand side, and clicking Menus.

Wordpress should have at least one menu for the main navigation bar, and some themes may create other menus when they are installed.

To create a new menu click Create a new menu along the top. Give your menu a name, so you can tell it apart from the others, and click create menu.

Once a menu has been created, you can ask it to automatically add new top-level (Parent) pages to the menu, set the Theme location, and add new menu items.

Remember to click Save Menu on the right hand side when you have made a change.
If you do not want to keep the changes you have made to the menu, then go to a different page.
